Day

DAY 1 – PASSO GIAU, RA GUSELA - VIA PIA

The approach is quite an easy walk and takes 30 minutes. This route is the perfect choice to start this adventure. If you feel comfortable with a 6a/b grade Via Pia can offer you a fun climbing experience with wonderful rock quality. If you prefer something easier just a couple of meters on the left there is an easier route named Dallago.

The ascent will allow you to climb surrounded by a wonderful landscape, and from the summit you will be able to admire the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites: Civetta, Pelmo, Marmolada and Tofana!

Day

DAY 2 – VAJOLET TOWERS – VIA WINKLER

We will retrace Fessura Winkler, one of the most daring feats of the end of the 19th century. Georg Winkler climbed it alone at 17, when climbing shoes and chalk did not even exist yet. The quality of the rock is excellent and the Vajolet Towers remain one of the most picturesque landscapes of the Dolomites.

Day

DAY 3 – PASSO SELLA, VIA DELENDA CARTAGO

Passo Sella is the ideal ascent for a last climbing day before heading back home, when the weather is uncertain or when the fatigue of the previous days starts to wear on you. Therefore we chose Delenda Cartago. You can enjoy the view of Val di Fassa while climbing the 180 meters of wonderful rock with small holes of this route. The ascent is 6a with one move of 6b and it is located on the first tower of Torre di Sella, the best place from which you can admire Sasso Lungo!
